Celeste Colegrove, MD, a member of the Tlingit and Haida Tribes of Alaska, is a fourth-year obstetrician and gynecologist resident at the University of Washington. She was born and raised in the Matanuska Valley, where her parents and family still reside. Celeste majored in Anthropology and Geography at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and attended medical school at the University of North Dakota through the Indians into Medicine program. She hopes to focus her career on supporting indigenous women with their healthcare goals.
